Learning Loop

One session rarely changes how a team works. The Learning Loop runs in four stages: Learn, on your own tasks; Apply, in your real week; Share, a conversation about what worked, led by your own internal champion; and Refine, where we come back to tighten what works. Because your champion leads Share, progress continues without depending on us.

  • What you get
  • Four stages, one cyclePractice that carries from the session into the work week.
  • The Loop KitA discussion guide, a shared capture template and a one-page guide for your champion.
  • A habit, not an eventYour team keeps building on it after the cycle ends.

Policy · Guardrails

Responsible AI Use

Many teams already use AI without shared rules. We put plain-language guardrails in place: an AI use policy built from your AI Opportunity Brief, or a review of what staff are actually using and what should change. It covers approved tools, what information can go into which tool, checking AI output, disclosure, and AI-specific scams. This is practical guidance, not legal advice.

  • What you get
  • A plain-language policyApproved tools, information rules and permitted uses, with a one-page staff summary.
  • A clear view of current useWhat staff are using now, and what should be kept, changed or stopped.
  • Specific to your organizationEvery recommendation tied to your own tools and work.

SUPPORTED PLATFORMS

Microsoft 365 Copilot and Claude

Many organizations already have one of them, so that is where we start.

Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat is included with eligible Microsoft 365 work and school accounts, so many organizations already have it.

  • Drafts, summarizes and answers questions, including from files you share with it.
  • Runs under Microsoft's enterprise data protection.
  • The paid licence adds work grounding: Copilot can draw on the email, meetings, chats and files you already have permission to see.
  • Small and medium-sized businesses: if your team signs in with work accounts, Copilot Chat is likely already in what you pay for. No IT department needed.
  • Educators: you may already have Copilot Chat through your school or district without knowing it.
  • We start with what you already have, then help you decide whether a paid licence is worth it.
  • We work inside your own Microsoft 365 environment, on the documents and tasks people handle in real life.
  • The focus is practical wins: faster drafting and cleaner summaries.
  • People leave with a clear sense of where Copilot helps and where a person still needs to decide.

Claude is a conversational AI assistant from Anthropic, built to be helpful, honest, and safe.

  • Strong at writing, research, analysis, and working through long or complex documents.
  • Holds a careful, considered tone that suits sensitive and high-stakes work.
  • Small and medium-sized businesses that write a lot: proposals, client emails, reports and policies.
  • Teams that work through long documents, such as contracts, tenders and manuals, and need a careful summary or a first draft.
  • Owners and managers who want a thinking partner for plans, decisions and difficult messages.
  • We show people how to brief Claude well and structure clear inputs.
  • We use it for drafting, research, and thinking through problems.
  • We pay close attention to judgement: checking output, protecting sensitive information, and knowing when to rely on it.
